We will be implementing a trial run of a Buy and Sell area (effective Feb 25/08), under the Classified Section of the website, like a Bargain Finder for household items. It is being implemented to assist with the recycling/re-using of items, providing local and less expensive items for our residents to have access to and to help cut down on garbage/landfill for items that may be perfectly good but that are being replaced for whatever reason. Please do not submit items in support of a personal business, for services, or that are in poor condition, not working properly or unsafe. We reserve the right to screen items at the webmaster's discretion. You need to provide a contact phone number and up to three lines to describe the item (a photo too-under 500K in size-we will try to work with it...no guarantees). The item will remain on the web for one month and will automatically be deleted after that time. Also, we will not be checking to see if the item sold on your behalf, so if you want to have the ad removed prior to that time, you will need to email the webmaster. There is no charge for this service and it will be updated on a volunteer basis, approximately every week.

The Wildwood Community Association does not warrent or accept any responsibility or liability for any items sold or for the people selling them - be sure to due your own diligence in these areas.

Lastly, your contact information will be posted on the public community website, so by submitting your ad, you are consenting to the public display of your contact information.
