most of us, watching our weight is something we do
every day. It must be incorporated as part of our
lifestyle in order to ensure a healthy, effective
approach.
Watching our weight is different than dieting, as
a diet has a beginning and an end, and is more often
than not related to a short term goal. Sometimes though
we must diet in order to begin a lifestyle of healthy
eating and living
